  • Monica Molyneux Psychologist

Hi, I’m Monica. I’m a warm, empathetic, and down-to-earth psychologist
who believes in creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly
heard and understood. While life can be challenging at times, I also
believe in ?nding moments of lightness and laughter along the way.
For me, being a psychologist is about more than just o"ering support—it’s
about building a genuine connection, holding space for you to be
vulnerable, and walking alongside you as you navigate life’s ups and
downs. There’s no “one-size-?ts-all” when it comes to wellbeing, so I take
a collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to ?t your unique needs, goals,
    and experiences.
I have a special passion for helping people break free from unhelpful
patterns and build a life that feels more ful?lling. I believe therapy isn’t
just something we turn to in hard times—it’s a space for growth, self-
discovery, and learning how to live in a way that aligns with who you truly
are. Whether you’re experiencing depression, anxiety, life adjustments,
relationship struggles, or navigating life with a personality disorder, I’m
here to support you with care and compassion. I always work from a
trauma-informed perspective and use a range of evidence-based
approaches. I adore working with LGBTIQ+ and neurodiverse individuals.
I often compare therapy to car maintenance—you don’t just take your car
to the mechanic when it breaks down; you also service it regularly to keep
it running smoothly. Our mental health deserves the same care and
    attention.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to go through it
alone. I would love to support you in becoming the best version of
    yourself.
